Will I Have Neighbors?
Yes. Our community rentals are located in residential communities. You’ll be neighbors with both full-time, permanent residents, as well as other vacationers. Sandcastle Condos is a residential condo community. Please be a good neighbor and keep the noise and activity level to a minimum and obey all quiet hours. To meet them, to the community spaces like the pool, community center, volleyball and tennis courts, and other community spaces.

What Kind of Neighborhood Amenities Are There?
Many of our community homes are located in resort communities. These communities offer golf courses, pool facilities, tennis and volleyball courts, kids’ playgrounds, and more. Indoor amenities often include a clubhouse complete with theater room, arcade, fitness center, and other amenities you’d expect at a resort hotel.

Do I Need an Amenity Pass?
It depends on the community. If the community does require a pass, those passes will be ready for you when you arrive at the home. If gate codes are needed, those will be provided as well. Make sure you can provide the passes when asked to present them. All amenity passes are included in the price of your rental.

What Is the Best Way to Get Around?
Orlando is a big city – over 110 square miles of land! With that big of an area to cover, you’ll definitely want a rental vehicle. You’ll also have access to taxis and ride shares like Uber and Lyft. If your destination is the Disney parks, some communities offer a free shuttle between the front gate of the community and each park – you’ll avoid traffic and expensive parking fees, too.
