Will I Have Neighbors?
It depends on the neighborhood. Some resorts and neighborhoods offer townhouse-style homes with shared walls. Others have single-family homes. Most of these planned resort communities maximize the number of homes and space between neighboring homes is limited. No matter where you stay, please be a good neighbor and abide by neighborhood rules and quiet hours. These will be listed in your lease agreement.

Is There Parking?
Yes! Each of our vacation rentals has on-site parking. Some may offer garage space, while others only driveway space. Specific parking instructions and other community rules will be provided upon booking. This includes the number of vehicles allowed, where, and when you may park. If parking passes are required, those will be issued as well.
